It is the overall state of wellness at all levels and all states of your being: spiritual, physical, mental and emotional. It not covers your relationships with others but also the health of your entire being and extends to your resources.

It is an over all well being of mind-body-spirit-environment-relationship.

Yoga and Holistic Health

Healing appears to occur by affecting the body’s autonomic nervous system, which creates homeostasis at the cellular level. Sugaring is the oldest form of hair removal and has been practiced for centuries.     Yoga sports massage is a deep massage technique to the muscle groups.

It is not only exercises and massages but much more that that. It is also activating your creative energy. Your relationship with your family, friends and the strangers. It is your overall coolness. It is a way to live with dignity and respect. It is also to give respect and dignity to others.
